Availability Process

How do I give my Availability?

We just need to know what possible times and days you are available so that we can offer you a batch. You accept/reject the actual batch when asked.

  • You receive an email with a table to fill-in your availability.

  • Currently our batches are either MWF (20 total classes or less), TuTh (20 total classes or less), or every weekday (30-40 total classes).

How do I change/update my availability?

  • Send an email to SplashCourses.

  • In the Subject write Availability Change.

  • Fill out the last table sent to you from SplashLearn in an email if you have an availability change.

  • If you go on vacation or leave for a period of time, inform us 2-4 weeks in advance of the date(s) you will unavailable.

  • If you have any further questions regarding your availability, please email SplashLearn and a member from our team will respond to your question/concern.

How do I check my availability?

  • If you are a new tutor, you will receive an email within a week of being onboarded for your availability.

  • We have a tutor portal where you can see what we have on file for your availability.

  • If you see any discrepancies with your availability, send an email to SplashLearn informing us.
